Claudia Borgna PLASTIC BAGS- Broomhill Sculpture Prize

It has been almost three months now since I have started setting up my work at Broomhill and I am feeling quite nervous now as all my previous outdoor work was always meant to live for a handful of weeks and never more than a month! Will it survive and how will it change?

A part from worrying lately I have been busy editing all my video documentations to learn and practice the art of editing (they are all out on youtube for you to see and comment on) and also I have been working for a gallery to translate a book on Italian artists that will be published soon.

All this time I have been wondering how Oasis is behaving and how the transformations will take form.......next week I will be off to my next residency at the Terra Nova National Park in Canada and I have been fantasizing that the plane could, on its way there, just slow down a bit and fly low over my work so that I have quick peek before crossing the Atlantic Ocean!
